Our Approach

  • Identify a single CoS member to work with the Prime on a particular bid. The Prime will never be left alone to negotiate with multiple CoS team members.
  • Work with Primes to add key CoS members and/or members with incumbency to an original teaming agreement as long as clauses can be included for other CoS members to be added to a team once they are able to contribute.
