The Community of Smalls (CoS) was founded in 2018 and is a consortium of 165 small to medium sized companies that support the Intelligence Community. CoS was founded on the belief that small companies are energized in this Mission space and are committed to working cooperatively to deliver agile, creative, and innovative solutions to the government.
Teaming together, we are better positioned to bring the right talent at the right price. CoS provides strong IT capabilities without the overhead and pricing markups of larger companies; delivering a better value to the Government and the tax payers. By forming a cohesive ‘Community’, we can join together on a single team for a given contract opportunity not only giving our Prime a significant competitive advantage but also preventing small businesses from competing against and ‘cancelling’ each other out.
CoS has grown rapidly since inception; now totaling almost 1,000 full cleared employees. We are actively pursuing numerous contract opportunities both Prime and Subcontractors.
